Holy crap. How did you get it? How do you heal this? I remember the Devs speaking of wounds that cannot be healed.

Noob error. I forgot to deselect the attack icon and auto followed a bat into a nearby pack of 4. Gauze can now heal cruel incisions.

all of those you can heal... Gore is what you need to avoid and I have 60 points in it...

When I used chop on random polish guy he said it gave him a 43 cruel incision so that's one way.
