It's all good. Ive farmed big field of flax and wheat and got rollback and it's fine because I didnt had to wait for it to regrow! Nothing bad really happened, but in future if rollback happens there should be global buff for day or two so people wont be so pissed.

I want to see how bad it can be after such short boost.
Not to say, how do You boost in return for somebody building a base and losing it all in a rollback?

But now you can build it again and feel twice the excitement.

it doesnt feel that way, for me at least.
I don't feel very happy about what happened, but I hope I lose this feeling since I really love the game and I don't want to quit.

No idea, I've been playing for 2-3 hours prior to posting this without any obvious server issues. (There was at least one animal I butchered that didn't update as it was skinned/reduced to a skeleton but I don't think it's a server connection related problem.
