For the record, the bug appears to be that someone managed to hold the flower menu for removing a wound treatment open past that treatment's disappearance, but I don't get how that's possible.

Well, yes, but the wound healing should make the menu kill itself, and in testing, that is indeed also what it does, so I don't quite understand how this is different.
