I don't think so. The attack traffic is specifically targeted at the Haven UDP port.

Not really, it isn't exactly something I can "fix". If it goes on for an extended period of time, I guess we'd have to check out the possibilities of getting behind Cloudflare or something like that, but DDoS attacks typically peter out on their own.

I though cloudflare can only be useful for web purposes, not sure it will be efficient for UDP traffic.
A pack of AWS solutions like WAF, Cloudfront, Shield could be more complex solution, but proxying traffic will be required in any solution.
