Stamina warnings?

I'm just wondering, did the old Haven have warnings preventing you from crafting/doing actions if you didn't have enough stam?

I've no access to water and am trying to light a fire..tried at various stam percentages up to 51% keep failing but draining stam and it takes forever to recover spent 10 mins trying to do this lol
