Tips on housebuilding...

Postby btaylor » Mon Aug 31, 2015 4:46 am

Don't, unless you have a claim up. I logged in today and found my house missing, one that took me about a half-hour to build. In my drunken grief I wandered around the woods and came upon a small clearing where someone decided to settle down and start their life. Woe was their homestead to cross my path that day.

So because someone was a faggot to you you decide to be a faggot to a random person? For science?

Houses are just fucking being hunted down mane. Idk if any not on a claim have even survived with the new soak values. I guess it serves them right for not putting up a claim but still.

Well when you say it like that you make me sound like a dick but then I remember that this is Hafen and it will only be another week before people are being murdered left and right for no reason.

But those people who murder for no reason are totally different from you right? You wouldn't random acts of harm for sure.

Well it's a harsh lesson, but people have to learn. Don't build shit until you can claim it. I got my house destroyed too and that's how I learnt that lesson.

Houses are super easy to build.. Never understand why people are getting so butthurt about it. Anyhow we got a claim and walked so far we haven't seen a single soul since launch.

Rather than drying time, buildings gain soak over time and hit max after 3 days according to loftar.

This applies to palisade posts. Prepare for wave two of tears very shortly.

Palisades are ridiculously cheap and if you can build a palisade, you have yeomanry so can probably claim the palisade anyways.
