Differences between Haven and Salem?

I played Salem back in 2012 and if I remember correctly, it was pretty similar to the original H&H. Now I'm hearing a lot of people say Salem is crap. How have things changed? What makes Salem so much worse than H&H?

If they are still similar and Salem isn't total crap, wouldn't it be better for us to migrate to that game since it is free?

The GRIIIIND, buddy, the grind is insane, even to make a boat you need a s* ton of products who need a s* ton of time to be manufactured. When carver bought the game, it was cool to see the new features, but the idiot just made the game an insane party-grinding.

actually,they made it much more easy,when seatribe owned it,it was difficult.

you could kill timber rattlers with 5 blood and 5 yellowbile with little effort.

And doesn't lag, servers ain't crashing all the time, and the optimalization isn't worse than the good ol' SR2 port
