Is TUG even any good? It caught my eye years ago but it was in super early alpha and I'm kinda turned off of early access alpha games now. Even if games like ARK have been awesome I've been burned by too many early access games at this point.

These days I play Mortal Online. Its not that similar to haven really, but its easily the best open pvp mmo I've ever run into. Although I do still want to play the new hafen world. None of my friends will join me tho and haven solo sucks :s...

I can not start to explain how much I hate this game. after grinding hours of hours to get to the next tier (let me pick sticks for 4 day straight basiclly)
you craft your little place that looks like a shitty blocky mess (alpha i get it) with a crappy farm system (alpha I GET IT)
and then later OP fking guns~ but no...no....90% of the time a horde of zombies spawn and the only way to surive is to log off and wait 5min so that you don't die.
Game to earily to like...and basically will ruin itself cuz of its early lunch


Tug -- where do I start... these devs started with a solid ground then jumped into a boat and started to rock it. they don't seem so sure about there game and they wanna make money off mods~ IE they are gonna put out there game in some finish state and then demand other people (modders) to get em' the money~
TBH minecraft would be a better way to go- as the new mod for minecraft make the game as real and smooth looking as new minecraft clones.

I pretty much tried every game out there similar to havenandhearth just to realise there is no single game close to it. I don't know what this game has that keeps sucking me back into it. I think that the most similar game out there is Salem, for obviuos reasons (same devs work).

Nowadays, the only game I keep track of is Das-Tal - http://www.das-tal-game.com/home#_=_ , althought I'm pretty sure this game will never leave the development phase since they haven't release new content in quite a while. Either way, it promises a crafting/survival mmo with moba style combat and I'd quite want to try a skill based pvp as opposed to what currently haven has to offer.
