World 10 Map Theory

Postby Fierce_Deity » Thu Jan 12, 2017 7:55 am

World 10 is not in fact world 10, it feels more like Worlds 10. As in haven currently feels like a multiverse. Each map is fairly small as a result of there being more than one.
Whirlpools serve as the method of travel between the different 'maps'. At least until charter stones are up.
I've explored the borders of a couple different 'maps' and it seems that they are not connected in any way.

And where the heck are mountains! I've only found one in all my searching, and it was as small as a swamp!

Perhaps you have map evidence of same world edge of different universe?

Uploading maps is a pain. Ive explored all of the western border of 2 maps. No amount of map dragging finds the other. Also, if you are in a party and go through one, no amount of dragging of the map will ever show you your home/previously mapped tiles.

Dundundun~~~~

That's actually very interesting. Wonder if we'll get proof of this when algeralith puts up the world map.

Take a screenshot of both map corners then.

Interesting theory ... I've found two mountains so far, one in the south and one in the north.

To verify this, we need to compare two corners (for example, get to the south-east corner before and after a whirlpool). If there truly are different maps, then there would be for example two south-east corners that are entirely different.

Does anybody have screenshot of map corners? I've only hit the south edge, but haven't found a corner yet.

Actually an awesome idea, no clue if it's true or not but it'll be so cool if it is.
