Non-realm members should generate less authority. That way kingdoms are incentivized to actually get people on-board with their kingdom instead of just claiming over them and just using them as a xp farm.

no its pretty easy for villages that dont want kingdoms over there shit. the kingdom should have to have a written agreement (in game) before they can realm them. and if they dont that kingdom has to siege them, in order to do so.

Kingdoms are quite shit, there should be some way to limit kingdoms from becoming so big.
For example, increased upkeep cost the more land your kingdom owns.
