So how's the game doing these days? For the first time in years I actually forgot Haven existed until I was on a forum for an upcoming game and it made me recall. I mostly play Ark these days with some No Man's Sky and Fallout 4 thrown in, looking forward to Fallout 76. What have you all been up to?

Hey Pain, welcome back

Haven has been progressing nicely for the most part. Weekly updates (smaller updates lately since Loftar has spent the last year rewriting the client) and things have been moving along decently.

Still some pretty obvious issues such as crazy gear/item qualities and food bonuses which have resulted in people with 30k+ stats, but things like dungeons, the push-out mechanic which stops you from clipping on everything in the game, and other QoL changes have made it still pretty enjoyable.

It's worth playing again in a new world for sure, but the world is pretty stale at the moment

Devs add 1 new hat and mushroom every week, while working on "big things"

Quite a bit more content since you were last here, a lot more creatures, we have Beaver and Bat Dungeons now, Slime in the caves and also gems.

You should come back and give it a go next world or even make a char and just check it out now if you have free time, a lot has changed, even if some of the usual issues are still evident.

Yep. It started almost 2 years ago.

YEP i figtred out when i logged in, my character is still there...
seems nothing special after 2 years, seems like devs ruined a good concept game. seems like they added "talk to a trees quest" WTH. i decided not to come back until restart.
