population of haven for w11

So I've been seeing people interesting in joining this game left and right.
with some promotions on reddit from a few of us and a few game sites picking up of the new world (damn hnh getting big).
how big will the population of w11 be?

I remember back in w8, 9 , 10 we hit peaks of 2000 at the start. i think one of them was 3000-4000?
I wonder if we will see the same results and will the servers be ready for large amount of players influx.

what do you guys think?

theres no way it was 3-4k, i bet this world start will have like 900-1300

my bad I mixed peak with unique.

You're correct. at the start of world 10 it peaked at 900.


J&L should make a email blast. talking about their year and update and how world 11 will start. ;D

It will barely peak over 1000 at the beginning is my prediction. But it quickly goes to somewhere like 600-800 and then starts dropping towards current numbers.

well this world we're starting without permadeath, so you would guess the player count is gonna be at least at 10k maybe even higher, I think 50K is reasonable? definitely x2 of w10 at the very very least

Good point, never even thought about, since now it is a lot harder to die compared to previous 9 worlds where death was certain. the numbers may stay high. Because instead of "oh no you dead lol" we have whole bunch of annoying wounds, which kinda forces players to keep on playing and treating those wounds.

What? The player count is not going to be 10, or 50, times higher.

Agreed. Most likely it will be 10-20% higher than last world. At best 50%, but that's very optimistic.

Could be quiet good online, but game lack of advertising, devs could invest a bit in this. Also permadeath is pushing away new players.
