What if you went vegan in Haven and Hearth?

Just an idea, what if someone were to play as a vegan in haven and hearth and were not to use any animal products. So obviously no meat, leather, bones, hide, fish and so on. How far would the player be able to progress in the game, since technically the player would be voluntarily cutting off 50% of the game's content. Because if a player were to be a vegan in the game it would meant no hunting, no chicken coop and no claims, because they require bones.
So in a sense the player will be only using plants and trees and since there's no claim they will need constantly repair the pavements as it would be taken back by the nature. It's as if like devs designed the game to be 2 sided vegan and non vegan. Non vegan get it all and vegan will have to coexist with the nature.
What do you guys think? Should it be one of the achievements if they start doing achievement system. Would it be too much hassle to even try it out?

If a character plays vegan he would not be able to participate in strenous labour. In order to realistically work as a lumberjack for instance, you would need energy dense foods.

Honestly Veganism is an answer to industrial animal and meat production ... nothing ppl had on their minds when there was a natural behaviour in consuming meat (not to forget: hunted wild animals where for nobles only, big fish for clerics only ...)

As with almost every other aspect in the game "vegan" character would just end up with non-vegan alts.

Yet another perfect RL analogy I'd say.
