I have seen the spread of bean to get all the stuff needed if I wnated ot be full vegan.... the game lacks that. Though my character is kind of vegetarian kind of atm, givne onion rings are easy to make lol.

I would be a vegan like the one that was recently in the news: she was eating at least fish and eggs (and maybe meat too?)

the real question is whether or not you're allowed to use animal products from animals you didn't personally kill (e.g. beach salvage). if not then you'd be confined to level 1 of the mines and would have to get enough metal to make a metal saw before you could even make anything requiring boards

probably you'd also be seriously limited in your ability to drink water since no hides or leather would be available, which would also preclude most backpacks/storage equipment

bulk farming would be a pain since you couldn't make wheelbarrows

you'd have to skip palisades and go straight to brick walls

a pretty big number of gildings would be inaccessible along with a huge portion of equipment

i think the most interesting thing about this whole thought exercise though is that the endgame is actually still reachable even though it requires skipping the midgame pretty much entirely through a variety of roundabout methods

I doubt you can come anywhere near midgame without a claim.

Who needs a claim when there are no hides from frames or leather from tubs to steal ;)
