This is misunderstanding how animals spawn - you need to unload the map (log off or go away) to let new animals and forages spawn.

Umm, if you sit in one spot with the map loaded it'll never spawn. You have to check it periodically maybe like every 30 minutes or 40 minutes. Staying in one spot will just keep what you already see there.
