I think based upon these results that jorb and loftar should look heavily into redesigning the siege system for a second time this world. It's clearly a very important and pressing issue to a huge percentage of the playerbase.

I'm really surprised "the ko mechanics" is so low. The current iteration of rage is kinda ruining the game for me, but nobody else seems to care?

Anyone still around to even vote is in the minority. It's not normal to play the exact same game every day for months and years. Haven is pretty unique in the way that it can hooks some people for long periods of time.

I play, daily if I can but usually less than an hour, just to make sure everything is going smoothly really. I don't have a lot of time to play but if I did I would play more. There are two markets on my continent with one close by, both with CS so I can travel quickly if need be.

I just came back, haven't played since W9. I obviously picked a bad time.

The stats thing is the primary reason why I get tired of worlds, and this one is no different. There are two problems with this:

1.) There is no catching up as others have said. If you join the world even a month in you are so far behind the general population of constantly active players you can never really compete. Now players just go through the early game struggle with the environment motions to establishing themselves only to find out everything they can do/find/make/mine/farm is worthless. The game is over for these people and they quit. Even people who start the stat race but have to step out even a couple of weeks become irrelevant more likely than not and quit. It's like its a racing game, but there is no end so its just a death march. To fix this I don't like caps because work should be rewarded. Skill decay is the solution as much as many here hate it. At the end of the day service to a few dozen to a hundred players in the end game isn't going to serve to keep this game active and the developers paid and active. You need increased and refreshing player population and to do that new player always have to have a path to the top. Unless you like playing in a ghost world with a dozen of your best friends in a map that is designed to allow a thousand playing online at a time.

2.) Because quality grinding is so fast now, and stats are linked to it, new players are never useful. In the real world, low skill peasants were useful because there was so much grunt work to be accomplished. The analog to this game is there has to be useful things for noobs and late joiners to do that matter to the players hovering at end game. Real-world low skill jobs like mining and farming are specialist trades in HnH. The game needs to have something that is stat and quality agnostic that is valuable enough to late game players, but that late-game players either can't do but low skill players can do and will want to do.

Hi. I am newbie casual PvE player. Forgive me my grammar and syntax please.
I quit W11 because everything I enjoy is fkd.up.
I like to plant plants and trees. It’s sad that everything I like to do in this game, the bot will do better. So I am useless for communitys.
I dont like long foraging trips but I hunt sometimes. I didn't kill mammoth yet, and stronger creatures. I dont like mining but have 5lvl hole. I have never fought against a player.
The "first ring" was when I start "gardener" credo. Devs decide to fk.up gardener, you remember. But community bring over.(? convinced, bring over)
And I think "wow, the devs is so attentive", and I verify my account and bought cheapest subscription. And everything was perfect before "seasons" come.
I absolutely did not like frozen lakes when I need to make a fisherman's credo.
And later in the hunter's credo, every third(almost) mission was "put arrow into swan", "flay beaver", "defeat swan", "defeat beaver" which do not spawn on frozen water. It made my ass burn.
And now I have trees without seeds which I can't chop. More than 2 real weeks I cant craft cheese rack, curd tub, wine press, spinning wheel, loom, sticks - I cant bake pie, cant make silk, I use "high" (dont laugh at me) Q sticks to make ash, to make black pigment, to make curio such as shiny marble, easter eggs; cant make curio such as sigar box, bug collection without wooden block.
I cant build my own high Q knar and now doing nomad credo with my friend's old knar. And apparently I won’t be able to build in the coming game years.
