Capturing a live eagle

Postby Ants » Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:32 am

So apparently it's possible to catch live swans like this:
aggro, let them come all the way to you, then fight, when they run just right click and dont try to fight and chase
ez
as long as you dont move the knarr while youre fighting you wont squish them

But what if it's possible to do the same with other birds like eagles or male woodgrouses? I'd test it myself, but I'm lazy. So, I will give this ultra cool limited edition painting and super duper cool limited edition cape to whoever first manages to catch a live eagle/male woodgrouse or proves that it's impossible. Happy Hunting! :P

Oh jeez, I totally forgot owls were a thing. Have you ever tried catching a live one?

And would you like a wood grouse painting and matching cape?

AFAIK you cannot right click at eagle/owl when they tries to get out (no effect). Also there is no alive models for them as invetory item, only dead ones.
Give a man a game engine and he delivers a game. Teach a man how to make a game engine and he never delivers anything.

Welp. That's unfortunate. Living birds are fun.

I'll send you the files for the cape and painting.
