The best way I know to cook vegan vegetables
or meats in a wok is to fry them until they are golden brown
in oil. Then remove the paper from the wok and let it soak for
a minute or so to make the oil easier to handle. Then take the
vegetables and dip them in the oil. But I've found that for
the best results, you should add the vegetables the day before
they're ready to be cooked, so they'll be well seasoned. I'm not
a big fan of buying pre-cooked vegetables to use in a wok.
