Dryad and treant mystery

So now there is not just one dryad, but a treant to accompany it. I am hoping that they have some sort of a mechanic behind them except for an experience event. J&L would most likely not reveal whether there actually is one or not, but lets try to make a list of what we tested and it didn't work (i.e. nothing happened, no interaction). This way we could possibly narrow down, or maybe get an idea what can be done with them... Here's what I've tried to do with them for no avail:

- R-Click with a mirkwood offering
- Put a mirkwood offering on the ground near dryad
- Butcher an animal near a dryad
- Communing with nature near a treant
- Tried to aggro them

Added from other players, no effect:
- Using a firebrand / kindle
- Shooting with catapult
- Giving water with bucket / waterskin

In previous worlds I tried more stuff, but maybe there was something changed since start of this world, so please post only your latest endeavors with them.

I just hope it's not some broken obscure mechanic that has gotten whomever figured it out 5m LP or 400 str over everyone else

It might be just a more useless dryad (not even an xp event).

Boshaw said it doesn't have a KO'd/dead graphic so killing it is likely off the table

From what I can tell it's just a bigger version of a dryad

Are you saying that because you know something, seems specific enough to suggest that you do ... or, just for clarities sake, are you taking a guess?

lol snail jokes coming even here to forum. i tried everything i could think of. on some discord somebody said that jorb forgot to put xp event for it or something. we will never know until one of them speaks.
