Fix Remodeling

I dont have a solution, but once walls are built you're like 90% locked into your current base. would be nice to see some sort of way to break/move walls faster than waiting 24RL hours for a wrecking ball to break one tile, seeing how splash is gone. Ram is okayish, but still pretty rough. I'm aware of the issue with this and how it could be abused etc. Which is why I don't have a solution. I leave it up to bigger brains.

Check C&I. This comes up every few months, and especially new worlds. Solutions have been mentioned, but seems like there's always a potential exploit.
