Is this the time actually spent ingame, or is it just time spent logged in or something? Because 82 weeks of playtime comes out to 4.19 hours of HnH every day for nine years (For reference, I have probably 6 weeks after 10 years). That's some dedication.

Does time spent as an outlaw count as "playing time"? Pretty easy way to accumulate a lot of hours without actually playing.

if you have the client logged in and running on your desktop, as I understand it, yes. If you are logged out of the client, but you have a character logged into the game, no. Just to note, this has only been a game mechanic for a few years now. I'd have to dig through old patch notes to pinpoint the time it was introduced, but was during or after world 8, at least, so that would account for less than half of Jordan's time here.
