You died to a wolf? The hearthlands are pretty harsh. At least you didnt die to making cupboards or some other random way. =)

Sometimes the first load in after a fresh install takes a long time as assets are installed from the server. Maybe that is what happened here.

Imagine if you played 8 hours a day for a week and then died to a wolf! Now you know that some animals may randomly kill you and are possibly more careful in the future when you have more to lose.
