I love memories of pain, a poem

Postby Justforthis » Sat May 27, 2023 1:28 am

I love memories of pain, I hate memories of pain
I love that memories of pain is in the game
I hate when memories of pain gets into my vein

To weed it out gives me purpose
To struggle and keep it out from my base
I care more about my items surface
Than I care about the quality chase

I love memories of pain immensly
For allowing me to hate memories of pain intensely

Memories of pain oh memories of pain
How I never wish to see you again.
You don't love something despite its flaws, you love it because of its flaws. Something that isn't flawed isn't meant to be loved.

Perfect things allow only for indulgence, never love.

Oh, memories of pain,
What are you for?
To make myself aware,
Or come only in vain?

Memories of Pain,
you exist to me
a reminder of the honest living truth;
that all I may love must first be made
and touched
by suffering.
forsooth.

lol, thank you for the poem, and I heartily agree. I was given a gift of high-Q tools by a neighbor last world, but my heart sank and I didn't know what to tell him when I saw that they all had memories of pain. :)
