My string grass domesticated itself into hemp after a few harvests (maybe like 4?). Not that I needed more hemp since 97% of my WWWs have been hemp... but yay for domestication.

WWWs spawn depending on nearby (player) planted crops. It also seems to be that each node of stringgrass has a certain plant assigned to them, seeing how i've had two entire stringgrass nodes turn into hemp.

I JUST got turnip this morning. But still missing flax and pepper...and poppies... and grapes. I've gone through hundreds of wild crops and www's and it's almost exclusively hemp from www's so far. Wondering if there's maybe a seasonal element at play.

My wildflowers turned into lettuce so that was disappointing.

aint seen anyone mention this yet

smelting progress is preserved if your furnace runs out of fuel mid-smelt.
unknown if this carries over to baked goods or (dear god) steel.

I've gotten everything except pumpkin seeds and peppercorn from WWWs so far, doesn't seem to be tied to seasons, just RNG.

Just tested with an oven with 2 sticks and it seems to have carried over progress.

Pretty sure a smokeshed will do the same thing

It did that last world, too.

Can confirm that the guys at 40,31 have among other things grape and peapod, but the original WWWs probably came from somewhere further west / northwest.
