How to sleep in a leanto?

How do I sleep in a leanto? I don't seem to be able to craft a spruce bough tree.

there isn't one.
From what i've read on the forums, a lean to you build isn't lootable from anther player. Someone asked if you could build several this way to protect more than two containers... I don't know the answer to that one. I'm going to guess no and be pleasantly surprised if a player can.
