You need to be using a boiling cauldron

I have my cauldron, it has wood, it has water. I lit it on fire. Now I am trying to make bone glue. It won't because its not boiling. Do I have to wait a certain amount of time???

Yes, you have to wait a few minutes. It'll start making bubbling sounds when it boils.

Does water boil the moment you put it near a fire? No, you have to wait for it to raise in temperature.
