Just quickly put it into your inventory before it goes out.

Except firebrand. Assuming it works like HnH1, once farming is running you'll be able to "accidentally" burn cooked products in an oven to produce ashe.

Sorry if it's been asked, but what's the deal with the Spit roast? How does it affect your food? is it worth getting? basically all those sorts of questions.

Spit roast is set over a fireplace (Not a 5 stick fire, the stone fireplace in build -> buildings -> furnaces/fireplaces) and allow you to spitroast certain game.

Right now I've only done bunnies and chickens, but you flay/pluck one or the either, then clean it. Take the clean body and right click on the spitroast (The spitroast itself, not the fire!) and set fire to the fireplace. You then right click the spitroast and turn it for about a 4-5 minute timer. When the body looks cooked, right click it and click carve. It will give you extra meat that gives you more energy, and better FEPS. It is worth getting, but sacrifices bones you would have had otherwise.

Out of curiosity, how long does it take for corpses to decay into skeletons now?

How do we remove Layed Stone on the ground? I stupidly placed it in the path of a wall before properly levelling it.
