Recommended Marksman/Perc for Archery?

Just as the title says. Anyone have recommended levels to beginning archery? Since slings are out just curious what I should aim for. (stat wise not prey)

I've heard reports that 5 MM is enough accuracy to hit something with a cruddy bow. It's much more accessible than the last haven it seems.

That's what I have currently and I can't hit anything. But I'm sure once I get 10-15 I will be able to hit somewhat. Still getting used to the way you shoot in this version. Thanks though :
