Looking for Hunting Tips

I have heard you can't hunt from a boat now, so how are people hunting? Seems if you miss a boar/bear/deer etc..., the first try then your screwed. Unless there is a new mechanic that I am not aware of.

I don't know about hunting but boats make ant hill scavenging easy. Just raid the hill, run to boat, boat down coast a bit. boat back run and get the hill. Since you are doing most of your "running from" them in the boat you can;t get hung on trees and get whacked.

Man, Archery is fucked. I aim, and almost every time i'm read to shoot, i click and instead of firing the bow it halfway resets the charging bar. I've got 5mm and a Qual 9 bow which is far beyond what i've read is needed.....

Are you clicking on the animal when you're ready to shoot? I've found that every time I don't directly click on the animal after charging, I face a different direction and it resets the charge.

i was hunting for all day and i want to say this way with cliffs is really weird ,cause with 12 mm it's not going to hit .....so i used just a boat like in old times ,traped animals with signs and hitted from other side ..
