But in general, HHP is very longterm to heal now.

HHP doesn't need high energy to get healed. I've been a while under 3000% and got 2 HHP points from knicks and knacks healed

The description says which two injuries it helps (swollen bump and deep cut I think?). And I believe you're correct but we haven't made one yet.

i can confirm they are made from clay cauldrons, but the healing time doesn't seem to be any faster than self healing wounds. and its quite a long time to be getting minor debuffs for the healing. nice tough, though
