Put a claim on a cave entrance with a random hearthfire

I want a cave but there is a hearthfire on its entrance

I was wondering what would happen if i put a claim on it, i want the place but i cant break the hearthfire yet.

If you place a claim on top of the entrance then a few things change. The hearthfire there can be used normally still by its owner however they may need to turn on criminal acts to move around, thus inflicting some hhp damage whenever they return. It'll no longer be a criminal act for you to break the hearthfire, but you'll still need (assuming the old numbers are still accurate) 25 strength and a stone axe to break it. After the hearthfire is broken, the owner cannot remake the hearthfire within your claim without the vandalism skill.

Ohh, so if it's his main hearthfire he will probably move it, unless it's an alt one. I could just claim it and put a hearthfire in the claim and keep wandering till i get the strengh i guess
