Satiation seems to go up and down based on the different foods that you eat. I haven't seen my satiation move passively over time but I also won't watch it non-stop. Hunger is time based and each level of hunger has a different speed. From what I've heard going from 25% to 50% FEP gains takes 15 minutes while going from 200% to 300% FEP gains takes 9 days.
