How to destroy a cliff

So we have been terraforming, made some clifts that we need to now get rid of.

anyone know how?

you can try dropping dirt nearby to see make the dirt around the spot rise up to a point you can get there and dig it back down. It's not a perfect mechanic, as you may need to move a lot of dirt.

I hope you will rethink of terraforming. Its very very time consuming and doesnt offer much other than clicking and waiting. Sure its easy to terraform some little even area but if you want to even big areas for villages etc.

You have to pile tons of dirt to make it level around the entire cliff, but you can't do it manually, you have to have dirt nearby that you can "make level" with.

Ehn the game plenty of flat locations if you hunt. Otherwise you're gonna have to make your base in flat segments with slopes between.

Terraforming is a consequence of terrain mapping, and I love it.

Some of the most beautiful locations in the world are villages that have been terraced. Just use your imagination instead of trying to brute force it... or maybe your Dutch and like all the dikes and levees.

Get a metal shovel. Using one of those I was able to out dig 5 other people with wooden shovels and used less stamina.
