Coat still only cosmetic or has it now any use like additional inventory slots?
Is there a difference between leather and the bark bag?
Do i need a quiver when i use a bow?

The coat is still cosmetic IIRC
Leather backpack gives 2 rows instead of 1.
No, a quiver can be used instead of a backpack to keep arrows out of your inventory.
