Seed sorting

So an open question to all farmers, seeing as seeds stack, how do you sort the quality of your seeds?

Unless I find a more viable option ill have to put my seeds in stacks of 5 into a cupboard. Which would be incredibly tedious to constantly keep doing as I farm.

So, what will YOU do to sort your high quality seeds from low quality?
