I have been trying to get one attribute to level at a time but i get different ones going up that i intend .

For example i eat food the give perception till its about half way into the bar and then i eat something that has a mix of perception and charisma and then a gain in the charisma instead of perception even though the perception is only a small gain over the amount of charisma that i have already eaten.. WTH i don't understand

Please someone explain this to me.. or perhaps a guide that explains it ..

It's all percentages basically, if you have filled your bar with 50% PER 25% CHA and 25% INT those are the chances of raising those stats.
