item decay

ok I made some leather armor and leggings a few hours ago and got into 2 fights then now I notice I'm not wearing them anymore? does equipment decay that fast?

equipment seems to have a set number of "damage hits" it can absorb? If I understand the wear concept anyway. Leather seems to have about 50 hits received in it before it poofs.

then its impossible that it poofed in that short time..where did my armor go? is it a glitch?

not a glitch, you made bad armor and it got trashed in those fights. look at the stats on it next time you make some.

yea i made some Q15ish leather armor and it disappeared within 3 times of me getting thrashed by a bat because of incompetence. Gotta be careful with it, it's more of a safety net than something you continually let happen. Don't fight things that are going to hit you.
