How do i heal Fell Slash wound? I've tried the poultice and leech. Will gauze do it?

Added Gauze. Gauze can be applied to Cruel Incisions, Deep Cuts, Fell Slashes, and Blunt Trauma.

thats from the update thread, looks like gauze is your friend.
