When then week turned to Monday, you still had more than 14 hours left, which should explain that.

Up until yesterday, the "accumulated play time" wasn't using the same metric as the free hours, but an antiquated and buggy metric from Legacy Haven, so it generally counted less, but incorrectly, so it's not the free hours that have been incorrect, but the accumulated time. I updated it in yesterday's patch, however, so it should accrue in lock-step with the free hours from now on.
