Change/remove installed locks?

Is it possible to remove locks or change them to use a different key after they have been installed in palisades? I know you can set a lock to use a particular key before you install it, but I didnt know this until after I set up all my gates.

While you have the master key to the lock you should be able to install a new one, quite simply.
