cannot make slave key or copy of master

Did something change in the game recently? I have made many locks and keys over the years. Now, I no longer have the ability to make slave keys or to make copies of masters. I move to Craft/Odds and ends/Locks and keys. I no longer have the skills to make copies of master keys or slave keys. However, I can make keyrings, Metal locks, steel locks and wooden locks.
