Can you play this game mouse only?

I have played this game before as a tryhard, but is it possible to play casually with mouse only while laying on the sofa?

You can't use combat moves/restorations with a mouse, unless your mouse has more buttons and you just remap them as keyboard keys or something.

Other than this I think it would be just ultra tedious/annoying/slow to play without a keyboard
