ram drying time

Apparently ram doesn't need to dry and is usable instantly?
If there's anyone who can confirm I'll edit the wiki since it's clearly outdated, or someone better informed can do that.

It keeps drying and needs certain amount of drying time to be able to damage walls, based on claims power percentage and levels.

So if the wall is unclaimed it doesn't need to dry then?
