Help with Land Survey

It can't lower a cliffside if there is a natural mine entrance nearby. You cannot destroy a natural mine entrance.

im trying to fixate the right up corner actually but its not allowing me to do it.. is there a way

Server deems it to be too close to the cave entrance and disallows any terrain elevation change, I'm afraid.
