Barley / Wheat difference

So there is 1 recepie which only takes wheat - honeybun. Others can take both barley and wheat flour.

What is the difference? Do I need to raise both or wheat is enough?

I think they count in variable food (different feps from them)

So I tested it on ring of Brodgar Quality 40. I'm giving you the difference based on barley/wheat.

Barley:
+1 Agi - 2,5
+1 Str - 2,2

Wheat:
+1 Psyche - 0,5
+1 Con - 7,4

also, honey buns use only wheat flour

so, despite wheat bread is lower q, it gives more constitution feps

It varies per recipe pretty inconsistently it seems


my pumpkin pies i made with barley gave more cons & str versus the ones i made with wheat that give less con & str but adds agility feps
