I can't find Construct Cellar menu

I'm trying to build cellar but i can't find construct cellar menu.

I discovered a metral bar ( lead bar ),

got locks and bolts skill.


anyone know why ?

I've uploaded img

you can see there's no construct cellar menu in my econmy & extensions section

and I'm able to build metal cabinet ( check 2nd img ) so that I'm pretty sure I dicovered metal bar 100%

Belive you need to discover pickaxe.

was a new change this world.

i could place it without having it learned it early world.
but it changed during and needed the discovery of pickaxe.

Did discovering the pickaxe make any difference for you, or was it just the metal bar requirement that unlocked the cellar option?

It's just the hard metal bar.

I had my own soft metal, bought a pickaxe, couldn't build a cellar. Got my neighbour to tell me about the pickaxe. STILL couldn't make the cellar. The neighbour gave me a bar of hard metal that I then turned into nuggets and back into a bar (would also have worked if the neighbour had just described the bar to me!). Only then could I make the cellar.
