just a few possibilities, there might be better:
- sunlit stilton & Oscypki kind of
- autumn steak: pork bollock, black pepper, trombone chanterelles, stinging nettle or beetroot leave, trombone chantrelle, pork bollock, thyme, probably a lots of viable variations there
- meat in jelly pork + garlic/pepper for example, haven't checked much there
- Smoked Beaver Dog
- Smoked Lamb Sausages
- Smoked Moodog
- beef meatpies, would have to try around

domesticated spitroasted pig is pretty decent for that. but highQ roasting spit should be used, its worth to roast some worst piggies, even small ones work well,

Badger meat is great for starting defensive stats and you can get it in huge quantities from Setts. Roasted, spitroasted, smoked meat for variety bonus with smoked botillos (use gray alder unless you know a better one). Badger meat also tends to add con or agi in meat recipes with variance. Pumpkin stew, meat-in-jelly, surf and turf, crackling cutlets, meat pies ect all work with badger meat if you don't have any better meats to use. Unless you want to experiment, use you highest Q salt for spice

Bread (wheat for agi, millet for more con), apples pies, twist bread, bark bread, pumpkin pies, ring of brodgar (wheat w domestic honey), honey gruel and honey buns are also pretty easy to get

Choose as many of these as you like and you can take yourself to 300-400 con/agi pretty easily.
