Taming, Again.

I've caught a mouflon, i finally got him into the combat stance, i got 69 SHP, 29 str, 14 agi, 20 unarmed. Can i tame him or will i get my butt handed to me? even with leather armor+shield?

Edit: has the 'bug' also been fixed that prevented you from taming?

I think agi and ua is bit too low for a mouflon, at least in fair combat. I wouldn't try without 25 agi and 25 ua, but then I probably suck at combat.

The bug isn't fixed yet, but jorb said he would look at it today.

30UA 20 agi is what sheep have btw (we broke each others blocks without damage, and did moves at about the same speed). 30ua 25agi is pretty nice for beating them without damage, since all you need is the ability to put up blocks/hits a little faster to win.

what?30 ua ?are you kidding?
20 ua ,20 agility, leather boots and sheep is dead ...but if you are not going to miss any hit from her ,always using defense move.
she is really easy to fight
just train with bats on defense moves .

Not everyone is gonna be good at the combat system, and I give suggestions so that every player can succeed at it.

Are you using a 5 move static school?

3 defense moves ,1 punch ,i won't try left hook cause to the bats it makes 41-46 damage ,so probably it will kill sheep

Welp, just bugged out both a sheep and a cow, fighting them straight up without boxing even. Sheep was on its last tame even ><

I see what you mean about the leather now. You can let them break your block, all you need to do is reduce their damage below the armor deflection. So having less UA isn't killer.

With 50 ua a cow was pinging off my 20def leather armor set so long as I had some kind of block up.

What do I do exactly, I aggro it, beat it till we both yield and I keep getting "the animal thrashes wildly" when trying to re-rope it to the hitching post. What am I missing here? Ive killed several mouflan because I apparently JUST KICK TOO DAMN HARD. Also I don't always get the yellow numbers to pop up stating how much an animal is tamed, why is that?
