Nothing wrong with asking for help on the forum But... this is a pvp permadeath game. I've already died once. Can you imagine the uproar if the admins started helping some people who got into a jam and not others? It would destroy all meaning for the game.

So yeah... asking for help is fine. I do it all the time. Asking for admin's intervention when it's not actually a bug is (whether good or not) going to get some nasty reactions.

I do not provide assistance in the event of building mistakes. You should be able to fix this yourself.

It would have been nice if craft lock icon had proper description of how gates work with keys. So at least players who can read could avoid this sort of mistakes.
