"You cannot build that on this type of Terrain"

Really confused... Why can I not pave or anything on certain grassy terrain? Or build anything that's not pick-upable?

Seems like a bug or a really stupid feature.

You need to turn terrain into dirt first. either dig, or stomp

What happens when you dig?

That looks like the fog swamp I saw pictures of, but we really need a better zoomed out picture to know that one. It may be a special biome?

Also try using a wood plow on it.

I'm guessing it is in fact not a grassy terrain, in that case. If you can't sprint on it, it's most likely classified as forest.

It's actually a bit difficult to tell the forest from the grass now.

Yeah, I know, I've made the same observation myself. Not sure what to make of it.

He also states he can't dig. Either that's wrong, or something is unusual here.

There seems to be a certain part That I am able to stomp to dirt, but after a certain distance I can no longer do so.

Its in the same biome on the map.

I can not sprint on any of the biome.

I can dig. (But this makes terrain uneven and useless for me)

I can "plow by hand"

Plow it before paving it then. Despite how it looks, that's a type of forest.
